Learn How to Build a Strong Profile
Scrap dealers in the United States want to know that if they get involved in a deal overseas, that the buyer is legitimate and will work quickly to resolve the transaction. And first impressions count, so it is important that you make every effort to complete your buyer’s profile.

Here are some simple tips to build a strong buyer’s profile:

Completeness
Make sure that every section of your profile has been completed and that there are no blank spaces or obvious gaps.
Personal Image
Be sure to upload a professional profile picture that represents your company, whether that is a logo or a headshot of you or your company’s leader.
Showcase Memberships and/or Industry Certifications
Make every effort to represent yourself as an experienced, certified scrap buyer. This will help the seller know that you are serious with your bid and ready to do business.
Clarity
Be sure to indicate what categories of scrap materials you are interested in buying going forward so that sellers can begin to understand your business and scrap needs.
Personal Image
Be sure to fill out the References and Past Performance sections of the form completely.
If you have further questions about how to optimize your AmeriScraps platform profile, please feel free to reach out by email at support@ameriscraps.com.
Scrap Traders
Make sure to register with Ameriscraps as a buyer/seller by selecting Trader in your AmeriScraps profile.

Please provide accurate information about your business, and fill out the forms completely, including the References and Past Performance sections.
Post Your Buy Request
On this page, you can enter the Item Title, your bid (or the price you are willing to pay), and the terms of delivery and your particular transaction needs. These requests will be viewed by Seller and who will respond with a recommendation as is necessary.
